Dragons had been the stuff of lore for decades. Their existence was doubted until Merlin uncovered a fossilized egg and was able to hatch the first Dragonkin. Humans, threatened by their presence, tried to eliminate them. The Dragonkins, however, fought back. Evenutally, the violent impulse of humanking resulted in their ultimate extinction. The Dragonkin however through their intelligence rebuilt civilization from the ground up and in their own image. What they built became known as Tareria.

These ERC-721 Dragonkin are your key to entering the Tareria universe. You'll need one to mint an avatar but unlike other projects that's not where it ends. Dragonkin will:

Minting a Dragonkin is just the beginning. Everything about your character is truly random and stored in an ERC-721 but that's not where the story ends - these NFTs are upgradeable, will allow you to apply additional gear and weapons, and give you access to the Tareria Tareconomy. Battle with other players for loot, form clans, earn interest from holding $TRIA or become a merchant in the marketplace. The possibilities are boundless.

Every character has a unique lineage with heritable traits. Each lineage possesses their own set of unique powers and abilities which can be harnessed by players.

With a complete, functioning economy and and independent governance, Tareria players will have a chance to acquire parcels of land in the Tareria metaverse, collect, sell, and trade in-game assets, and decide the future of the place in which you live.

You'll also to be able to breed dragonkin with other players and sell them on the marketplace.

When and how can I buy $TRIA?
Users who purchased a dragonkin will be whitelisted to participate in the ICO of $TRIA during phase 2. Following the conclusion of the private sale, anyone will be able to purchase $TRIA from a dex.
Tareria isn't a short term project but, equally, we're not going to make you wait forever. Minting will go online in early December, with the snapshot taking place a couple of weeks later. From there we're into Phase 2, which includes the launch of the game and its in-game currency, 4 - 6 weeks later. Phase 3 is planned for Q1 2022.

One important thing to note is that we will not rush this. Creating a token is easy but doing it in a way that is legally compliant and adds real long term value is far more complex. We're determined to do this right and will take the time needed.
We'll explain more soon but in essence Dragonkin upgrades itself over time, moving through the various levels. When minting you have higher chance at receiving an upgraded avatar but when upgrading this is guaranteed. So, do you use a single Dragonkin on your avatar or do you use two (one to mint and one to upgrade?).

Mixed into this decision is also the fact that there is some incredible artwork even at the lower levels, so it's up to you to decide when to twist and when to stick.
